Mail completed registration form, copy of birth certification (if
applicable), and check or money order made out to NJSL to:

Orders for NJSL shirts will not be accepted through the mail.

shirt.
Mail Registration
must be postmarked no later than May 31st of this
year. Anyone's registration posted after this date may or may not
be placed on a team.
