Registration Options

If you played last year, please use the registration form you will receive in the mail.  You can either mail it or bring it to open registration. Registration forms can be printed from the NJSL website (www.njsl.com) or obtained at your local libraries.  These forms can be mailed to NJSL or submitted during open registration.

Important Information

If the player DID NOT play last year, you MUST present a birth certificate (copy ok) at open registration or include a copy in the mail-in registration (does not apply to adult players).If you are mailing your registration, please include a check or money order for the registration fees.  Check should be made payable to NJSL.

Special Requests: If you have an unusual circumstance that needs consideration, such as team assignment, a SPECIAL REQUEST FORM must accompany your registration.  Call 330-854-3001 to request a form.

 

All requests are subject to the NJSL Board approval.  Deadline is May 31^st.
